After many requests from potential customers, MSE is now pleased to offer Sprat & Winkle autocoupling trial packs, which provide a cheap and easy way of trying out these couplings on your own layout.

This trial pack contains a fret of 8 ACN/3 delayed action autocouplings and mounting plates for use in 2mm scale. They have also been successfully used on 009 stock.

Also included are lengths of BW brass wire, SIW4 soft iron wire, and a 2MAG permanent magnet.

One fifth of the fret shown is included in the pack; it is etched in 0.012" brass. Each coupling is 16½mm long and 5½mm wide; the mounting plates are 4 x 12mm. The magnet is 14mm long, 10mm wide and 4mm deep.
